Their customer service us a disaster. It doesn’t mattar if you call or email you won’t get the help you need. When I called the lady I talked to was totally not interested to help and referred to email and after sending two emails I still didn’t get any reply in order to get help with exchange. So I will just send everything back and avoid them. Save your time and order somewhere else.

Very poor customer service, no visibility on delivery even though I paid for express shipping.

I called the customer service as I have not even received a confirmation email 4 days after purchasing the items and they say they have no visibility but yet they charge for delivery and commit for express shipping.

First time buying from them and I will never buy again, just waiting on the order to arrive so i can return it.

Don't buy there haven't received my refund for a week yet. No reply to emails. Again there will only be a standard reply below this review
from them.

The order of my dress came within a few days, it was beautifully packed and I was very happy with my purchase as it fitted well and was 50% off. I did notice that it went back to original price afterwards, so I am glad I bought it on promotion.

I'm quite pleased. Safe and fast delivery, various products, reliable, etc. And I hope the reward program will be strengthened. I hope there is no deadline for using the points. Or very long.

I have ordered for the first time with Luisaviaroma and will definitely not do so for the future.
It first of all took them more time to send my package, then when I returned an item of the order it got only worse.
After more than 1 week they didn’t confirm yet the receival of my return, so I decided to call their customer service in which they told me this is normal and that I should just wait… I shared that I find this a bad customer service in which the lady decided to close the call without even saying bye.
Incredible bad service.. the question is when do I ever get my money back if it takes as long as they are ‘processing’ a return…
